RETURNS POLICY

Our endeavour is to serve our customers in the best possible manner and we naturally want our clients to be satisfied with the products purchased. If however a customer is not entirely satisfied with a product for whatever reason, this product may be returned within 21 days for a full credit, providing the product and packaging are in undamaged, original and saleable condition.  

 

Regrettably our inventory management precludes our being able to accept product returns after 21 days, except in the instance that the product is malfunctioning and falls within its period of warranty.

 

Any product which fails or malfunctions within warranty will be replaced or repaired at XPROS’s discretion and depending on the nature of the problem. We will where ever possible supply a loan unit while the product is being evaluated and repaired or replaced.
